Bells Only Alarm

A bells only alarm is the simplest type of system. An Audible alarm is triggered when one of the alarm sensors is activated causing both an internal and external alarm to sound for a maximum of 15 minutes, and then re-arm. A Speech Dialler connected to a telephone line can be used to alert family and friends.

Monitored Alarm System

A monitored alarm system is connected to a remote monitoring station via a telephone/radio link. In the event of an alarm being triggered the monitoring station will inform the Keyholders, and on the second device to trigger the Police would be informed.

Signalling Systems

There are several types of signalling systems, the most common are Digital Communicators, Dualcom/GPRS and Redcare/GSM. They can transmit the same signals to the monitoring station, but have varying degrees of line/transmitting security.
